How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Return App account:

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Registered Email Address
  • Reason for Deletion (Optional)

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Upon successful verification and approval of your request:

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated.
  • Personal profile information will be removed from our active systems.
  • Access to the Return App services will be terminated.
  • You will no longer be able to recover your account.

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days after successful verification.
